HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 275 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DEBBIE A. RODELLA FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT ESPANOLA PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to upgrade fire alarm systems, to repair or replace roofing and to make structural changes necessary for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 for schools within the Espanola Public School system in Rio Arriba county.
