HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 296 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY BRETT D. JOHNSON FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BELL PARK IN THE CLOVIS SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CURRY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) make capital improvements at Bell park in the Clovis school district in Curry county.
