HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 306 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY LYNDA M. LOVEJOY FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: A. one million fifteen thousand dollars ($1,015,000) for phases three and four of the construction of a multipurpose family center, including an educational wing and a gymnasium in Cibola county; - 1 - B. sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to remodel the city of Grants' call center for use by the city of Grants, Cibola county and the village of Milan as a communications center to process 911 calls; and C. four million dollars ($4,000,000) for the development of a tramway to the Enchanted Skies park on Horace Mesa in Cibola county.
