HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 328 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DONALD L. WHITAKER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WESTERN MUSEUM ON THE CAMPUS OF NEW MEXICO JUNIOR COLLEGE IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the governing board of the New Mexico junior college: one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for construction of a western museum on the campus of the New Mexico junior college in Hobbs in Lea county.
