FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT NEW MEXICO JUNIOR COLLEGE IN HOBBS IN LEA
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the board of regents of New Mexico junior college:

          A.  one million two hundred twenty-three thousand eight
hundred fifty-seven dollars ($1,223,857) for the central
mechanical complex addition in Hobbs in Lea county;

          B.  three million four hundred one thousand four

hundred forty-one dollars ($3,401,441) for the student services
addition and renovation in Hobbs in Lea county;

          C.  one million dollars ($1,000,000) for various
infrastructure needs, including roof repairs in Hobbs in Lea
county; and

          D.  one hundred eighty-eight thousand nine hundred
eighty-five dollars ($188,985) for improvements necessary for
compliance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of
1990 in Hobbs in Lea county.
