FOR A LIBRARY FOR THE CUBA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:
     
                    to the state department of public education:      

                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design,
          construct or equip a library for the Cuba elementary
          school in Sandoval county.
