FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO RECREATION FACILITIES IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:
     
                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to make
          improvements to recreation facilities in Lincoln county.
