FOR IMPROVING THE WATER AND SANITATION SEWER DISPOSAL SYSTEM IN
THOREAU IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    one hundred eight thousand dollars ($108,000) to
          improve the water and sanitation sewer disposal system
          in Thoreau in McKinley county.
