TO COMPLETE PHASE TWO OF THE CROWNPOINT INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
LIBRARY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    two hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($265,000) to
          complete the second phase of construction of the
          Crownpoint institute of technology library in
          Crownpoint in McKinley county.
