FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING AN AFRICAN-AMERICAN VILLAGE AT THE
STATE FAIR IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state fair commission:

                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan
          and design an African-American village at the state
          fair in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
