HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 449 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY BEN LUJAN FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LIBRARY, RECORDS AND ARCHIVES CENTER IN SANTA FE COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the capital program fund: one million dollars ($1,000,000) for the purpose of completing the construction of and equipping the library, records and archives center located in Santa Fe county.
