FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT SANTO DOMINGO PUEBLO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

          A.  one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to
plan, design, construct or equip a head start facility at Santo
Domingo pueblo in Sandoval county; and

          B.  fifty-one thousand dollars ($51,000) for
improvements to the community center at Santo Domingo pueblo in
Sandoval county; and

                    to the state agency on aging:

                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
          complete phase one construction of the senior citizen
          multipurpose center at Santo Domingo pueblo in Sandoval
          county.
