TECHNOLOGY IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of
          mining and technology:

                    sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to purchase well
          data loggers.
