FOR ATHLETIC FACILITIES AT ESTANCIA MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS IN TORRANCE
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

          A.  four hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($455,000)
to construct an auxiliary gymnasium for the Estancia municipal
schools in Torrance county; and

          B.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to build a

baseball and softball field for the Estancia municipal schools in
Torrance county.
