FOR AN INSTRUCTIONAL CENTER AT THE ROSWELL BRANCH OF EASTERN NEW
MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN CHAVES COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university:
          
                    one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) to
          plan, design, construct, equip and furnish an
          instructional center at the Roswell branch campus in
          Chaves county.
