SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 33 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY MARY JANE M. GARCIA TO PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT A MULTIPURPOSE COMMUNITY CENTER IN RADIUM SPRINGS IN DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a multipurpose community center in Radium Springs in Dona Ana county.
