SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 35 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY MARY JANE M. GARCIA TO PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT AN AMBULANCE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FACILITY FOR THE COMMUNITY OF HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to plan, design and construct an ambulance and emergency medical services facility in the community of Hatch located in Dona Ana county.
