SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 45 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY PAULINE B. EISENSTADT TO CONVERT AN OLD RAILWAY RIGHT OF WAY BETWEEN BERNALILLO AND SAN YSIDRO TO A BICYCLE TRAIL IN SANDOVAL COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, engineer, acquire rights of way and begin construction of a multi-use bicycle trail on an old railway right of way between the town of Bernalillo and San Ysidro in Sandoval county.
