SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 60 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT CRYSTAL HEAD START IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs: A. forty-eight thousand dollars ($48,000) for a four-wheel drive bus for the Crystal head start program in San Juan county; B. fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase and install playground equipment at the Crystal head start facility in San Juan county; C. eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase and install security fencing at the - 1 - Crystal head start facility in San Juan county; and D. eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) to renovate and improve the Crystal head start building in San Juan county.
