SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 65 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE TWIN LAKES HEAD START IN MCKINLEY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs: A. eighty-four thousand dollars ($84,000) to purchase and equip two buses for the Twin Lakes head start program in McKinley county; B. fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase and install playground equipment for the Twin Lakes head start program in McKinley county; and C. eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase and install security fencing at the - 1 - Twin Lakes head start facility in McKinley county.
