FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LEA COUNTY MUSEUM IN LOVINGTON.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to construct improvements to and equip and
          furnish the Lea county museum in the city of Lovington in Lea county.
