FOR PAVING THE ROAD BETWEEN THE TSA-YA-TOH CHAPTER HOUSE AND BLACK HAT AT
COUNTY ROAD 264 IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to pave the road between the
                    Tsa-Ya-Toh chapter house and Black Hat at county road 264 located in McKinley
          county.
