TO REMODEL LEA HALL AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university:
          
                    two million eight hundred thousand dollars ($2,800,000) to remodel Lea hall at
          eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt county.
