FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to plan, design or construct a
          domestic violence shelter in Sandoval county.
