     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

                    four hundred fifty-seven thousand three hundred twenty dollars ($457,320) to
          plan, design or construct new head start centers at Red Lake chapter and Coal
          Mine located in McKinley county.
