SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 105 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR SAN JUAN CHAPTER POWERLINE AND WATER LINE EXTENSIONS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs: three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to extend powerlines and water lines to homes at the San Juan chapter in San Juan county.
