FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO OTIS GYMNASIUM IN LEA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make improvements to the Otis
          gymnasium, including landscaping and outdoor recreation development, in Lea
          county.
