FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB IN THE VILLAGE OF LOVING IN EDDY
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to renovate the boys' and girls'
          club in the village of Loving in Eddy county.
