FOR A PRESCHOOL IN NAGEEZI IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and begin
          construction of a preschool in Nageezi in San Juan county.  This appropriation is
          contingent upon a match from the Navajo nation in an equal or greater amount.
