TO PLAN AND DESIGN A TOWN HALL IN THE TOWN OF MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan and design a town hall in
          the town of Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
