FOR COMPLETION OF AUDITORIUM RESTORATION AND IMPROVEMENTS AT THE MESILLA
PARK RECREATION CENTER IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to design, construct
          improvements to, renovate, equip and furnish the auditorium of the Mesilla Park
          recreation center in Dona Ana county.
