FOR A MULTIPURPOSE RECREATIONAL FACILITY IN BELEN IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    one million dollars ($1,000,000) to continue construction and complete a
          multipurpose recreational facility in Belen in Valencia county.
