FOR THE BOSQUE FARMS MULTIPURPOSE RECREATIONAL PROJECT IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to complete land purchase, construct
          basketball and volleyball courts, restroom facilities and concession area, purchase
          and install playground equipment and landscape the Bosque Farms multipurpose
          recreational complex in Valencia county.  This appropriation is contingent upon a
          match by the village of Bosque Farms for seventy thousand dollars ($70,000).
