SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 196 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DEDE FELDMAN FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE NORTH VALLEY AREA OF ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: A. two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct a bicycle and pedestrian trail and to install landscaping along interstate 40 between Rio Grande and Sixth streets in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; B. seventy-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($77,500) to renovate the building and parking lot at the Los Duranes community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo

county; C. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate Columbus park to implement physical solutions to crime prevention and improve recreational facilities in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; D. seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to design and renovate Goodrich park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; E. fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct Dulcinea park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and F. fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for planning for construction, to include a traffic impact study, for the extension of Aspen avenue through the Sawmill redevelopment project in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; to the department of environment: two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for sewer systems and hook-ups in the
