SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 204 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY PAULINE B. EISENSTADT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN THE TOWN OF BERNALILLO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve the county courthouse in the town of Bernalillo in Sandoval county, including renovation of heating and cooling systems, window replacement or other improvements to help eliminate environmental concerns related to air quality.
