FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO ESPANOLA PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to provide health and safety
          improvements to Espanola public schools in Rio Arriba county.
