FOR WASTEWATER PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to provide state matching funds for federal
          programs to construct wastewater projects for rural communities located
          throughout the state.  This appropriation shall not revert;

                    to the wastewater facility construction loan fund:
     
                    one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to carry out the
<center>- 1 -</center>

          provisions of the Wastewater Facility Construction Loan Act.  This appropriation

          shall not revert.
