FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT TAOS MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
                    one million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000) for construction of
          classrooms, therapy rooms and a cafeteria as well as upgrades to facilities to meet
          the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at Taos
          elementary and Enos Garcia schools in Taos county.
