FOR PORTABLE BUILDINGS FOR THE ANIMAS PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN HIDALGO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
     
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase, install, equip and furnish
          portable buildings for the Animas public schools in Hidalgo county.
