SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 235 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY GLORIA HOWES FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the department of environment: A. nine million two hundred fourteen thousand four hundred dollars ($9,214,400) to plan, design and construct a sewage treatment plant expansion in Gallup in McKinley county; and B. one million sixty-one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,061,400) to construct the Mentmore lift station in Gallup in McKinley county; and - 1 - to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate the city jail in Gallup in McKinley county.
