FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LEA COUNTY MUSEUM IN LOVINGTON.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for structural repairs, renovation and
          equipment for the Lea county museum in the city of Lovington.
