FOR A WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM FOR LUMBERTON IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a water
          and sewage system in cooperation with Jicarita enterprise center in Rio Arriba
          county.
