I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the capital program fund: nine million two hundred forty-three thousand dollars ($9,243,000) for the purchase and acquisition, including related furnishings, equipment and supplies, of the women's correctional facility near Grants in Cibola county. - 1 -
