FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MEDICAL CENTER IN THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    six hundred fifty thousand four hundred thirty-eight dollars ($650,438) for the
          construction of and site work for a medical center to be located in the east side
          park in the village of Los Lunas in Valencia county.
