FOR SHIPROCK CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

          A.  four hundred four thousand three hundred forty dollars ($404,340) to
upgrade the Shiprock wastewater system in San Juan county; and

          B.  seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to pave Shiprock streets in
San Juan county.
