SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 305 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY CARLOS R. CISNEROS FOR A PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE BUILDING IN THE VILLAGE OF QUESTA IN TAOS COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, construct and equip a public works maintenance building in the village of Questa in Taos county.
