FOR RENOVATIONS AT THE GRANTS ANIMAL SHELTER IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    six thousand dollars ($6,000) to renovate the Grants
          animal shelter in Cibola county.
