FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FROM THE LAS LAGUNITAS SUBDIVISION
TO THE END OF PASEO C DE BACA IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    two hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($285,000) to
          design, construct and inspect water system improvements
          from the Las Lagunitas subdivision to the end of Paseo
          C de Baca in Santa Fe county.
