TO INSTALL WATER METERS IN THE VILLAGE OF PECOS IN SAN MIGUEL
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to install
          water meters in the village of Pecos in San Miguel
          county.
