SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 350

FOR A NEW ROAD IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    three hundred twenty-one thousand dollars ($321,000) to
          construct and install a new road along the existing
          alignment of the Payan-Wilt roadway, including
          sidewalk, curb, gutter and paving, in Dona Ana county.
